In my opinion, the team of APPS is a team that works together without boundaries of any discrimination. 

Being the only male agent in this team, I have always been likened as the thorn among the roses. In my opinion, the APPS team is one that works together regardless of boundaries and barriers.

Will I say a career in the insurance industry is a career for everyone? No, because there have been tumultuous times which I didn’t think I would outlast. Luckily with my team and my leader’s support, I am able to continue learning and growing in the journey of achieving all my career goals here in APPS and AIA.
