APPS is truly a great platform for anybody who wish to explore their real potential in having a successful career.     

Among the APPS team, I am the youngest with the least amount of experience as an AIA Life Planner. When I first entered the industry under the influence of my cousin (who is already part of the APPS family), I was nervous and worried about my ability to perform.

In these 5 years, my colleagues and especially my leader have reached out and given me a lot of guidance and advice to help me improve. I have gained tremendous amount of confidence with new skills that I have learnt via role-playing and scenario training. APPS is truly a great platform for anybody who wishes to explore their real potential in having a successful career. I am grateful to have been given this opportunity to learn in Madam Yee’s organization, and I believe that my career and my life will only get better from here on.
